Menu Perfection

It's a busy in the Athelhampton kitchen, and it's often hard work, today the menu has a great summer dish of ham-hock terrine, todays groom had a very specific dish in mind, the terrine that he enjoys often at a local French restaurant. A hard task for  Gemma, Head Chef, and I, so we had to pop out for a quick working  lunch so that we can recreate the dish exactly, apparently we did a great job, here's a quick snap of it being plated seconds before it leaves the kitchen this evening.
